In 2021 I bought my first home, and nine months later I left my job to go all in on real estate. That's why I understand the buyer's side so deeply — the excitement, the nerves, the questions nobody warns you about. I've been there.

Beat the clock on a foreclosure short sale

I hustled open houses, connected with a cash investor, and we closed in time. The seller walked away with money to get back on their feet, and the buyer was able to rehab and resell.
